Shipping/Return Policy


We ship through the USPS, and we work hard to ensure that all items are shipped out in a timely fashion. Please allow Laura Belle Boutique between 1-3 days to process and ship orders. 

All orders are shipped with tracking which is e-mailed to the e-mail you provide at checkout. You can track your packages at


We hope that you love all your items, but we understand that sometimes returns are necessary. 

Items MUST be received back to our store no later than 14 days from the date you received your order. Be sure to plan 5-10 days for transit time. Please use a tracking service when shipping back a return. Refunds for original payment method ONLY. 

Items MUST be returned in their original condition. They must NOT be altered in any way and must be in resalable condition. This includes, but is not limited to the following: makeup stains from trying on items, perfumes, animal hair/scent, cigarette smoke, obvious wear, mildew scent, etc.

All items shipped outside of the 14 days or that do not meet the above guidelines will be returned to sender. 

The shipping on the returned items are the responsibility of the customer.

If you received an item that you found to be defective upon arrival, you must notify Laura Belle Boutique by Facebook or email within 5 business days. These items must not be worn or washed. Items received outside of the 5 days will be considered wear and tear and will not be considered for return. Please send us photos of the damage via Facebook messenger. 

No exchanges. Please place a new order. 

SALE/SPECIAL/PROMOTION items are not available to be returned. ALL SALES FINAL.

Clearance markdown sales are final. 

In store returns are accepted within a 10 day time frame from the time of purchase. Cash payments will receive a store credit. If a credit card was used the return will go back on card used for purchase.
